An ambiguous story is connected with a memorial plaque at the house number 28 on Zwilling Street in Chelyabinsk. The plaque was installed in memory of the writer Serafima Vlasova, who, according to the plaque, lived there from 1962 to 1972. However, there are two houses on this street, number 28, built at different times. Because of the half-columns on the wall of the house where Vlasova previously lived, the board could not be hung, and it was installed on the neighboring house. There are doubts about the specified dates of residence of the writer – perhaps she lived in this area not only since 1962, but also longer. In the 1990s, the board was missing, the ANO Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage of Chelyabinsk was able to restore it [2, 5].
